Shawn's distinguished career includes pioneering roles at industry giants such as Meta and Tesla, demonstrating exceptional ability in designing, commissioning, and optimizing instrumentation & control and electrical systems for critical facility infrastructures valued at over $20 billion.

At Meta, Shawn spearheaded transformative shifts to PLC-based controls across multiple data centers globally, establishing industry-leading standards in system reliability and efficiency. His leadership was instrumental in developing highly sophisticated digital twins, significantly enhancing predictive capabilities for electrical and mechanical systems.

Previously, as the lead instrumentation and controls engineer at Tesla's groundbreaking Gigafactory 1, Shawn was central to the strategic design and implementation of advanced control systems, optimizing performance for the world's largest lithium-ion battery production facility.

Shawn’s extensive international experience, combined with his technical acumen in high-stakes environments, uniquely positions him to lead Hadron Energy's development initiatives.
