U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Meets Hadron Energy on One Year Anniversary
This week, we proudly celebrated Hadron Energy’s 1st anniversary! Our mission is to commercialize manufacturable and transportable lightwater micro modular nuclear reactors (MMRs) at scale. We could not have imagined a more meaningful way to mark this milestone than by hosting our first public meeting with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) this week.

This meeting was a critical step in our regulatory engagement journey. Our discussions included our Regulatory Engagement Plan and operational goals for Hadron Energy moving forward. We are thankful to the NRC for their time and support as we continue laying the groundwork to bring Hadron’s advanced, transportable MMRs to industrial markets across the country.

Building the Energy Infrastructure of the Future
As demand for 24/7 power grows, driven by AI, manufacturing, and national security, the need for resilient, zero-emissions energy infrastructure has never been clearer. Hadron Energy is uniquely positioned to meet this challenge. Our light water microreactors are designed to deliver reliable baseload power to energy intensive sectors like data centers, remote communities and industrial facilities.
A Year of Impactful Partnerships
Over the past year, we have built strong working relationships with the U.S. Department of Energy, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and many leaders across the nuclear energy ecosystem. These partnerships are the foundation of our success, and they are paving the way for the future of distributed clean energy.
Hadron is grateful for everyone who has supported our mission in year one. As we look ahead, we are more energized than ever to accelerate deployment and bring resilient, carbon-free energy to the United States and beyond.
Our team is currently hiring and is looking for mission driven professionals to join the team. If interested, reach out to us directly!
